Welcome to a home thoughtfully expanded to create more usable space and better support everyday living. This project centered around transforming the lower level and adding a new four seasons room, resulting in a home that feels more complete, functional, and connected throughout.
The basement was reimagined from unused square footage into a fully integrated living area designed for how the homeowners truly live. Anchored by a fireplace, the space now supports everything from quiet evenings to hosting family and friends. A wet bar adds convenience for entertaining, while a dedicated custom workshop provides a space tailored specifically to the homeowners’ needs. Even the smallest details were considered, including a discreet access point to the storage room designed for the cats’ litter boxes.
Upstairs, a new four seasons room overlooks Rennie Lake, creating a bright and comfortable space to be enjoyed throughout the year. Whether starting the day with a cup of coffee or winding down in the evening, the room offers a direct connection to the surrounding landscape and brings natural light deeper into the home.
Every addition was designed with intention, carefully matching the home’s existing materials and finishes to ensure a seamless transition between old and new. The result is a home that not only adds space, but enhances how each space is used, creating a more livable and cohesive environment from top to bottom.
